Guy Hoquet Real Estate was founded in France in 1994. Since then, the network has expanded across 3 countries with more than 520 agencies, growing on the basis of a simple model: to offer every client structured, transparent, and high-standard support, regardless of the market.
The arrival in Québec is part of that same vision. The Québec real estate market has its own specific realities, including the OACIQ regulatory framework and the role of the Administrative Housing Tribunal. Our team understands these realities inside and out because it comes from this market.
